Our permanent moorings are set in a picturesque rural location and provide everything you need for a worry-free berthing experience. Your boat’s safety is our priority. Our marina features automated fob-controlled gates, comprehensive CCTV cover and floodlit parking areas. This security, combined with our attentive staff, ensures your boat remains protected when you’re not aboard.
Our dedicated team maintains these facilities to the highest standards, creating a marina experience that combines practicality with comfort. While we focus exclusively on leisure berths and can’t accommodate liveaboards or residential moorings, we offer free secure parking for mooring tenants enjoying time out on the water.

We’re proud to be an official Caravan & Motorhome Club location, offering five spacious pitches for members. Our site combines a beautiful canal-side setting with the quality standards you’d expect of a Caravan Club location.
You’ll have access to our marina facilities, including shower and toilet amenities, while enjoying the peaceful Warwickshire countryside surroundings. Booking is recommended, especially during peak seasons, to secure your perfect pitch at this sought-after location.

Nestled just off the A423 between the market towns of Banbury and Southam (between bridges 136 and 137 of the South Oxford Canal), our marina sits in beautiful rural Warwickshire, well-connected to local amenities.
The charming village of Fenny Compton lies within easy walking distance and features the award-winning Merrie Lion, a traditional village pub with character and excellent fare. For everyday essentials, the village Co-Op store provides convenient shopping. Just 500 yards up the towpath, The Wharf Inn offers superb food and ales in a canal-side setting.

Frequently asked questions
Check-in is from 4pm, and check-out is by 11am. This allows our team sufficient time to prepare the cottage to our high standards between guests.
Yes, we are pet-friendly. The holiday cottage welcomes two well-behaved dogs (more may be possible by prior arrangement). Dogs are also welcome throughout the marina, though we ask that you keep them on leads in public areas and respect your fellow guests.
While we specialise in long-term leisure moorings, we may occasionally have availability for short-term visitors. Please contact us to check availability.
Yes, we provide a Wi-Fi hotspot at the marina. The holiday cottage also has its own dedicated Wi-Fi service for guests.
Our marina office and chandlery are open from 9am to 5pm Monday through Saturday, and 10am to 4pm on Sundays. Please see our contact page for seasonal variations and holiday closures.
Caravan and motorhome guests have access to our shower and toilet facilities, water hook-ups and waste disposal points. Our site is officially recognised by the Caravan & Motorhome Club, meeting its quality standards.
