How we do it

Our boatbuilding process

Stage 1

Hull build & assembly

Our skilled craftsmen begin by constructing the sturdy foundation of your boat, using a 10mm steel base plate and 6mm steel hull sides. This robust structure ensures your boat’s durability and longevity, providing a solid base for the subsequent stages of the build process.

Stage 1

Stage 2

Cabin & bulkheads

With the hull complete, our team carefully welds the bulkheads and 5mm thick cabin frame into place. This stage defines your boat’s interior layout, creating the spaces that will transform into your unique living area, tailored to your specific requirements and preferences.

Stage 2

Stage 3

Into the water

Your custom-built boat shell is ready to go into the water. Our team carefully guides your vessel in, ensuring a smooth and safe transition. Once its safely afloat, we carry out the rest of the build and finish on the water.
Stage 3

Stage 4

Exterior painting & finishing

With the hull and cabin built out and on the water, our skilled painters apply the finishing touches to your boat’s exterior. Using top-quality marine paints and finishes, we create a stunning visual impact that reflects your style while protecting your boat from the elements.

Stage 4

Stage 5

Engine room & mechanical components

Our experienced engineers install the heart of your boat – the engine and its associated mechanical components. We use only top-quality equipment to ensure reliable performance and efficiency, giving you peace of mind as you embark on your boating adventures.

Stage 5

Stage 6

Insulation, windows & carpentry

To create a comfortable living environment, we install high-quality insulation throughout your boat’s interior. Our skilled carpenters then fit the windows and craft the woodwork, adding warmth and character to your vessel while ensuring optimal functionality and style.

Stage 6

Stage 7

Cabin fit out

This stage sees your boat’s interior come to life as we install furniture, upholstery and appliances according to your chosen design. Our attention to detail and commitment to quality ensure that every element of your cabin is finished to the highest standards of comfort and aesthetics.

Stage 7

Stage 8

Electrics, plumbing & heating

Our qualified electricians and plumbers install the essential systems that power your boat and provide all the comforts of home. From efficient heating to reliable water supply and power sockets, we ensure your boat is well-equipped for life on the water.
